Helping young boys and girls recognize their feelings and needs and the feelings and needs of others is an important part of breaking the cycle of harm. In our culture, it is an especially important and often neglected part of raising boys to be good men.

Young children who learn mutual respect in actions and language gain skills that can last a lifetime.

Marion Little, who at the time of filming was Adjunct Assistance Professor, Dispute Resolution Program, School of Public Administration, University of Victoria, BC, Canada, discusses the reasons contributing to Intimate Partner Abuse in our society.
