Having a Baby Puts Stress on a Couple

A new baby can strain the relationship between parents. Parents are tired and often don’t have time to cook or eat properly. It is helpful to have a break if someone can look after the baby for a short time. Even a walk can provide the relief new parents need.

A Creative Way for a Couple to Focus on each other

Parents can create a “date night” in their home, without a babysitter, once their baby more reliably sleeps at night. They can make a nice meal and focus on each other rather than talk about chores or their baby!
